Default Suggestion: Some Titles Worth Bragging About!

I like many of the existing titles, but I feel as if they are all "check 'em off" type titles. In other words, you need to open X number of chests, beat X missions, ID X items, etc. I'd like to see some titles that are more focused on gameplay. Here's what I mean:

As we all know, there are many specialty builds in the game -- MM, nuker, bonder, etc. Why not have some titles that measure how good someone is at a specific build? Here are some rough ideas off the top of my head:
  • Interrupter: Gain a point for each skill (or perhaps each elite skill?) that you interrupt
  • Minion Master: Gain a point each time you control 10 minions for X number of seconds.
  • Healer: Gain points for keeping people alive (haven't worked out an approach for this yet...)
  • Damage Dealer: Gain a point if you do more than X melee damage every Y seconds.
  • Nuker: Gain a point whenever you do elemental damage to X or more enemies simultaneously.
  • (variation on above -- specialize title tracks along elemental lines, i.e., fire nuker, etc.)

Now, I don't claim to have all the details worked out, so I'm sure there are flaws in some of these. Depending on how they were implemented, I'm sure you could find ways to farm some of these titles, too. One possible way to mitigate against this is to only make the kills/interrupts/whatever count in high level areas or against high-level enemies, or something like that. But I figure that people will *always* find a way to farm things, so I'm not going to focus on that too much.

Another downside I've considered is that this could lead to title snobbery -- i.e., people won't take a nuker unless they have level 3 title or better, etc. Like rank snobbery, I'm not sure how to avoid this. I suspect that people who do this can't be stopped from doing it -- it's just how they are. That alone doesn't seem like reason enough to rule this out, though.

Whaddya think? Wouldn't this be neat? Any ideas for title tracks?

(BTW, since I've already noted the farming problem and the title snobbery problem, I'd like to ask that we don't dwell on those.)

Feels just as "check it off" as the other titles.

I don't think they're needed, nor would I want them.

Whats there to brag about for any of these?

Interrupter - Interrupting is easy if they interrupt 2s+ skills.
Minion Master - Make 10 minions and then just stand there spamming BotM and VS when recharged.
Healer - Should I even explain why this is easy?
Damage Dealer - In PvE, dealing damage is easy. In PvP, since lots of warriors use eviscrate, they'll own casters with dmg.
Nuker - They can just nuke the dummies in isle of the nameless

Worth bragging about? I think you meant the title to be "More pointess titles"

How are these anything to brag about?

You can easily just go to areas with really low lvl enemies and get these titles in no time at all.

Don't forget Champion, so far that's the only title that actualy denotes any skill. All the rest can be farmed very easily(providing you have enough time).

Zui, Not all players in good guilds are top players. Some of them are just extremely well connected.

More or less those are just builds and really theres no need to display that as a title. Just imagine seeing a char with this:

Warierr Zxt[Gild]
(1)IWAY Warrior

aww noone likes these titles, just make the interrupts have to interrupt a 1 sec cast or less make the MM one hmm for x amount of secs while under heavy fire. I do think this would be nice tho.

/signed because its a decent start

Titles should be achievable by 'all' classes, im not a fan of class-specific titles really...

Interrupting skills is easy, and farming this title means maybe 1 hour of scrimmage gvg.

Too easy.

If you have no clue about it, dont suggest it.

Again, scrimmage gvg > the point of the title
